Released as part of the 100 Year Anniversary of the Purbrick family being custodians of the Tahbilk vineyard and winery. Deliberately crafted for this celebration.

Tahbilk, Centennial, Marsanne, Nagambie Lakes, 2015

Still a pale colour with vibrant green highlights. Just starting to develop some of the signature aged Marsanne tones. Lime pulp and zest, toasted sesame seed bagel, marzipan, pear, subtle brine and saltiness, honeysuckle and elderflower.  Layered and serious. Spiced lime flesh emboldened with a decade of maturity leaning in to marzipan and a crisp toastiness. Structurally, there’s still plenty of acidity giving the frame for another decade.
