Sourced from 50-year-old bush vines at Watunga Road vineyard, in the Koonunga region of the northern Barossa. Fermentation with 30% whole bunch. 12 Months maturation in French oak, with 1/3rd new puncheons.

Medium garnet to ruby, fresh pomegranate, torn raspberries, hibiscus tea, strawberry top, cranberries musk, amaro herbs and violet florals. Silky and refined with a hyperfine tannin. There’s a well balanced minerally, earthy savoury tone that runs underneath dark red fruits. Excellent length of flavour with a clean tail.
