Light cerise to ruby. Orange bitters, sweaty meats, grated choc, torn cherry flesh, raspberry hint, picked thyme, soft truffle, forest floor, rose petals and garam spices. Elegant and bright. Easy red fruit balanced with savoury but not overt, crunchy acid and fine tannin. Flows neatly with all lines tucked into place. Delicious.
