Varietal passionfruit, gooseberry and soft asparagus spears. Richer tropical fruit mash, snow pea, honeycomb, pickled capsicum, bramble, campfire ash and vanilla. Round profile: Fleshy up front and through the middle. some lingering sweetness. Zingy grapefruit citrus acidity over a grassy finish. Nothing complicated.
