Hollick Wines, Pinot Noir, Coonawarra, 2024

Medium garnet colour. Initial young aromas of oak influence over twiggy kitchen herbs, dried tea leaf, dried rose petals, ripe and maraschino cherry, dried raspberry, vanilla bean paste, squeezed orange and kidskin leather. Medium weight. There’s varietal cherry, rose and and fine tannin, leading to dry neat finish. Nothing complex but holds some easy charm.
