Pale with green highlights, balances wafer biscuit and crumpet dough with lemon zest, lime flesh, green gage and lantana and lemon verbena. soft wax. Delicious balance of richness and purity. Silken flow leads to beautiful and interplay of texture and fruit. Tight, focused and long. Great value.
