Oxford Landing Cuvée NV

A timely festive season release from the ever reliable Oxford Landing. Winemaking team is Matt Zadow and Pat Connors.

Oxford Landing, Cuvée, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, South Australia, NV

Pale lemon colour. Lively beading and lace. Lemon shortbread, yellow apple, hints of buttery pastry, yellow peach, musk, honeycomb, saline. Round mousse, a little residual sugar on the palate keeps it approachable (if a touch sweet). Creamy mid palate and a touch of chalky phenolics, acid is lively and suits the style. Short, but clean finish but that’s not unexpected. Nice value.
