Ripe and floral. Signature white stone fruit, grapefruit pith, cool river stones, star jasmine florals, light cinnamon toast and Meyer lemon zest. Inherent refreshment in a tight and taut frame. A touch more austere than the nose suggests, so don’t serve too cold to allow the fragrant profile to balance the crisp and lively acidity. Long tail with a neat chalkiness for an extra tooth-pleasing experience.
