Renzaglia, Wambuul, Chardonnay, Central Ranges, 2024
Pale straw. Waxy and honeyed. There’s savoury peanut oil and deep grapefruit, green melon, orange zest and stone fruit flesh. Firm, savoury up front, with handsome, waxy phenolics. Leesy nutty funk with plenty of stone fruit and spikes of ginger and cedar spice. Well structured with juicy acidity through a fine tail. One for the spice lovers.
