Another entry into the NoLo market. The tag line is ‘blue sky drinking.’ Made from Glera (I think).

Lemon hue with green highlights. Fast bubbles. Green nose: greengage, melon, bath powder, bread dough, green apple and pear flesh before a distinct honey edge. Creamy and softly citrussy sweet, cut with very tart green pear and apple acidity. Mousse is mouth filling and assists with the thin textural finish from the missing alcohol. It’s a serviceable replacement for those that like a non-offensive Prosecco. Also great for mocktails/spritzes.
