Yalumba, Rosé, Grenache, Barossa, 2025

Pale salmon flesh. Pomegranate, red currant, dried cranberry, straw hay bale, watermelon, peach ice tea, pink grapefruit and a little vanilla bean paste. Dry and crackingly crisp palate. Summer red fruits and a little Barossa herbal spice. Perfect foil for charcoal satay chicken or a lingering charcuterie plate.
