Sourced from a north facing single vineyard, (indeed, just seven rows of a single vineyard) on the TarraWarra estate, comes this blend of 3 Rhône varieties that work so well together.
TarraWarra Estate, Roussanne Marsanne Viognier, Yarra Valley, 2014
Apple cider, apricots, spiced nuts, sweet white flowers and refinement. Such finesse of flavour: moreish just crisp apricot slices dance along with light brown spice. Finishing dry, linear and long, this has power without weight. Reminds me of Mozart’s Horn Concerto No.4. Superb.
RRP: $30
Alc: 12.2%
