Rain during the white grape picking time for the 2015 vintage resulted in some softer characteristics coming through the Hunter Valley Semillon, but the quality is still on offer for all to see.

Lemongrass with a distinct touch of brine before softer lemon flesh aromas, leading into a distinct yoghurt and verbena note. Grapefruit, lime and tangy citrus that rounds out with a saltiness. Quite full for drinking now, yet still a refreshing style that will have a capacity to age.
