Crumbled dark chocolate, blackberry and subtle woody oak. A heart of black fruits with a red ripe edge and a suggestion of herbaceous mint. Warming, and slightly drying, this shows Pyrenees medium body with fine, worn sandpaper tannins all the while staying elegant.

* The winery has just rolled to the 2014.
