Hentley Farm are more well known for their lustrous and powerful reds from the Barossa Valley, but here we have their Eden Valley Riesling. Fruit harvested from vineyards at 400-450m above sea level. Kudos for the brown glass and the flute d’Alscace packaging.

Rich lime and talc nose, bath bomb with a hint of musk and toasted nutmeg.  Full talc and chalky texture. Concentrated lime juice sits at the back of the palate alongside almost green melon rind fruit. The acidity is high, almost tooth achingly and augurs well for the cellar.
