T’Gallant, Prosecco, Mornington Peninsula, NV

Fresh and approachable nose: Lemon zest driven with lime drops, baked apple, grapefruit and light saltine cracker. Pleasant, crisp and easy flavours of yellow citrus with a slight sweet/tart green apple finish. Zesty and bright, it does exactly what it says on the (very pretty) label. If you can find it cheaper, will be a good bulk aperitif option.
