This comes as a museum release and part of “The Pick,” which is Shingleback’s wine club.  Aged for 15 months in French oak. Gold medals from wine shows in the UK, France and Australia.

Deep cassis, blackberry, blueberry and fallen eucalyptus, pencil woodiness and some washed rind cheese meaty qualities that blow off with a bit of air. Like biting into a fresh mulberry as the juice explodes into your mouth, before dark blackberry and chocolatey ganache oak. The tannins are robust, yet elegantly beginning to mellow allowing for a silky ride.  Just starting to hit its straps.
