Drawn from the greater “Adelaide” G.I which encompasses the areas of Mount Lofty Ranges, Fleurieu and Barossa. 51% Sauvignon Blanc and 49% Semillon.

An unsurprising (this can be a good thing), yet restrained nose with citrussy lemons wrapped in fresh grass, spicy lemongrass, paw paw, passion fruit and even a little crystalline minerality.  Tart and bittersweet fruit but countered with that big whack of Semillon lemony acidity. Finishes clean as a whistle.
