Wickhams Road, Yarra Valley Chardonnay, 2016

Smells like proper drinking chardonnay right off the bat. Waxy honeycomb balanced by fruity peach, fig and quince. Throw in just the right amount of toasty oak treatment, a finish of  pithy lemon and an acid structure that straightens the spine like a deportment school teacher and you’ve got one classy, very well priced drink.
