Fraternal label to the Shiraz and the better of the pair.
Jacob’s Creek, Barossa Signature, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barossa Valley, 2016
Woody notes create the spine for generous black fruits, light licorice and choc ganache. Full palate with black currant centre and a red fruit wraparound. Grainy tannin structure leads to a slightly warm finish but with surprising length. A perfectly serviceable Cabernet that is bound to be found cheaper.
