Cat Amongst The Pigeons, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barossa, 2016

Soft choc mint nose with fleshy plum and glossy blackberry. Smells sharp and polished. Has plenty of guts with tart dark fruit and sandy tannins wrapped up by big spicy oak. Acidity is both tart and sharp which catches on the back palate. Bound to found for cheaper than RRP and will have fans wanting the style for the price.
