Crisp yet turning stone fruit, fresh grass root (just pulled from the ground), Danish pastry, roast nuts and turmeric like spice. Juicy and refreshingly different. It has a wholesome, earthy presence with a spring time fruit highlight and joyous balance. Certainly a wine to enjoy now, but I think it would develop into a seriously interesting, honeyed wonder.
