78% Cabernet, 21% Merlot, 1% Malbec. Pencils, boysenberry, blackberry, mocha, sweet spearmint leaves, bay leaf herbs. Groovy tannins that sit right in the pocket like laid back funk bass, underscoring subtle black fruits with a rock solid earthy edge. The oak is kept well in check with 40% new French giving the right amount of rough hewn spice. Will go for 10 years in the cellar too. Great value.
