Evocative nose: wet slate, kaffir lime leaf and green tea. The palate holds the tension exquisitely. Precise and delicate with perfumed citrus blossom florals, soft citrus (lime/lemon) flavours. Joyfully crisp acidity balancing the soft talc texture. Wonderful now with 20 years plus ahead.
