Mandala, Cabernet Sauvignon, Yarra Valley, 2014

Wrapped in a blanket of oak, there’s fleshy blackberry, mulberry, blue plums and savoury soy. A silky front before the super fine tannins take over. There’s even a little spritz to the medium body. If you prefer a fruitier style of Cabernet, this is a good option.
