Charmat Method. 89% chardonnay and 11% pinot noir. Smoky, zesty lemon and grapefruit with a mineral water cleanliness and yellowbox honey sweetness. Lemon and light orange citrus, flavour finishes a little short but leaves bittersweet grapefruit.  Does the job as a value option for end of year parties.
