Apple skin, sea spray, fresh melon, peaty whisky, chalk box and a kiss of lychee. Detailed, precise and linear palate of spiced baked apple, grilled nuts with just under ripe white stone fruit. There’s just enough flesh on the chalky bones to give some oomph before a long textural drying finish. Refined, elegant and great value summer time drinking.
