Cat Amongst The Pigeons, Pinot Grigio, Eden Valley, 2017

In the glass carries a very faint suggestion of blush, but then maybe I’m seeing the things I want to see. Fruit driven and soapy nose of ripe pears, long candles, peach stone fruit and leafy salad mix. Has definite varietal character of pears and some stony lines but falls a touch short with lemon, light peach and even a touch of heat from the acidity on the way down. Will find friends in value shoppers.
