Cat Amongst The Pigeons, ‘The Jazz Cat,’ Grenache Rosé, Barossa, 2017

A bright light cerise jubilant expression in the glass. Riffs sweetly (but not too sweetly) with red jubes, musk sticks and cooling spearmint. Reasonably well put together 4/4 timing with a balance of musky raspberry and savoury fresh herbs. My tasting isn’t too chilled and it still fans out neatly with a stony coda, a little grip then a pleasing blood orange and pink grapefruit finish. I’d be happy enough to have a glass with a  some chilli fish tacos.
