Tahbilk, Riesling, Nagambie Lakes, 2017

Perfumed aromas of stony lemon/lime citrus with green matcha tea and young lime leaf. Tightly wrapped and a touch gravelly, the focus is now upon grilled lime citrus, a little ginger spice and balanced acidity. A dry and reticent finish for the moment, time in the cellar well reward with appropriate blooming. Drinking now to 10+ years.
