Riversdale Estate, Crux, Sparkling, Pinot Noir Chardonnay, Coal River Valley, NV

A small galaxy of bubbles and a decent mousse. Ripe fig, stone fruit and lemon rind citrus with plenty of leesy characters leading into pavlova sulphides on the nose. The palate seems strained to give all it can with riper fruits and almost orange citrus in a medium length of flavour. A bit of sandy grip and sharp acidity make it an early drinking style. Serve with a big plate of tempura vegies and nori rolls.
