Not often that Marlborough Sauv Blanc comes into Australia over the $20 mark, so when it does, there’s an inference of something a bit special in the bottle. Distributed in Australia exclusively by Woolworth’s liquor and to be found at their Dan Murphy’s and BWS stores.

Expressive nose: rich with blackcurrant, vanilla and passionfruit. Varietal but vibrant notes of fresh asparagus mix with citrusy lime and green melon. Balanced and medium-full palate with fruity passionfruit, vanilla creme, mineral tautness and juicy acidity. A big step up from many of the seemingly endless ocean of average SBs.
