Montalto, Tuerong Block Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula, 2015

Attractive nose: fresh thyme, floral and twiggy undergrowth, roast cherry, blackberry even a hint of sweet mocha. Lingering black fruit lozenge with smoky florals, medium to full bodied this cruises effortlessly and deliciously straight out of the bottle with the finest sheer of tannin. My pick of the single vineyard wines.
