Bright, clear light-gold with green highlights. It opens with chalky, flinty aromas with an almost navel orange citrus perfume with lime hints. The wine gives up rich citrus body and a soft chalky texture before putting the screws on and finishing with traditional Hunter acidity. Approachable, balanced and versatile. Simply a delicious drink.
