Grown on hallowed riesling turf of Watervale, specifically the Shankly Vineyard. Hand picked. Winemaker is Marnie Roberts. No added acids or finings. Contains less than 2gms per litre of residual sugar: for all intents and purposes dry.

Delicate and elegant perfume: Underpinned with a die-cast steely note, there’s a Victorian boudoir of soft talc powders, fruits of pears and limes, all garnished with blossoms and kaffir lime leaf. A powerful, yet fine and finely crafted expression of riesling, the fruit flavours run through the lime spectrum with tart apple and a scream of acidity. It moves through layers of texture and finishes with exquisite length.
