Risky Business, Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River, 2016

Quality Cabernet aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, pipe tobacco and a gentle leafy lift. Savoury black olive, turned earth and fine oak interplay in the afterthoughts. Packed tight, this wraps briny edged black fruit around a solid spine of tannin completed with a violet flower like lift. Unlike the moniker, there is no risk here.
