Plums and raspberry aromas are prime with herbaceous rosemary, black pepper and gravelly bluestone. Spicy, earthy with plenty of dark chocolate and plump fruit. Lifted with a surprising amount of acidity and fine tannins. Nothing out of place and carries plenty of flavour.
