A slightly subdued nose with indistinct lemon citrus, green pear and an annoying brown sugar sweetness that I can’t seem to give any other descriptor to, over fresh green salad leaves. Has a balanced palate, showing some textural layers before plenty of racy acidity. A pleasant finish that shows fruit and a liberal seasoning of salinity to pretend you’re in the Mediterranean.
