An amalgam of aromas with spices (taco seasoning mix, anyone? Or is it just me?) also floral blooms, soft lime citrus and even a nutty hint from the lees work. A deliciously textured thing with excellent line and length. Vibrant flavours of apple and lime fruit, even a touch of minerally tonic water. The texture persists long through the finish.
