Sweet/savoury aromas with varietal passionfruit skin and capsicum, broken asparagus spear, blackcurrant leaf, sun warmed straw, ‘white rock’ earthiness. Solid varietal flavours: light tropicals, passionfruit pip, grapefruit, with depth to the mid fruit profile and racy, zingy acidity to close that leaves the mouth watering. More like this please.
