Light tropical fruit with delicate red currant and blackberry leaf. Some box hedge and capsicum and Passiona. Crisp, zesty citrus dominate palate, granny smith green apple slices, along with a steely, minerality. Fine boned and leans into the more austere side of the SB spectrum
