Pale yellow with light green highlights. Soft lemon with richer butter paper wrap, hints of lime juice and whispers of spicier lemongrass. Classic, youthful Hunter semillon. Crisp lemon citrus, holding tighit with a pure core of primary flavour. The acidity is well tempered for such a juvenile state, but such is the path to an approachable, easy drinking, well made wine.
