Big nose. Cumquat, lemon drop and sweet oak still giving chary notes: slightly smoky, baked Samboy Chicken Chip white bread sandwiches supplemented by sweet French toast spice. Rich, joyous. On the palate…on and on it goes. Big pushes of savoury elements of woody spice and brine. More of that French toast, but with a fine sweetish lemon citrus glaze. From the shouting, come echoes and whispers.
