Another in the many quality labels from the Yalumba/Hill Smith Family Vineyards. The packaging has done away with the cotton neck tag and the quality has jumped as well.
Rogers and Rufus, Rosé, Grenache, Barossa Valley, 2018
Pale onion skin. Soft pink marshmallow aromas a touch of herbal spearmint, frying pan onion (just as it gets sweet), some gun metal and watermelon granita. Wonderfully dry and delicate, nails the style perfectly: texture just over fruit. Balanced and with good length. A bargain.
