Pristine lime aromas: Bickford’s Lime Cordial, torn kaffir lime leaf, lime zest with mineral cool white rocks and refreshing light salt spray. Pure minerally lines of exquisite lime with just right acidity: excellent push and persistent drive. The tail curls and trails long with a fine chalky texture. Easily a sleeper for the cellar or textbook riesling for now.
