Opens with a generous nose of plum and kisses of savoury olive and McLaren Vale graphite pencil lead with mushy tart blackberry and a ‘Redskin’ lolly childhood reminiscence. Spicy, sharp and tangy, with herbaceous anise lilt over grainy, fine tannins. Bold, yet playful and an easy match for so many foods.
