bright purple, leaving smears all over the glass. Wet milk chocolate, black peppercorn, plum sauce, farty meaty influence, black tea and cool slate. A focused pippy palate: sleek & shiny black fruits with a herbal lift. There’s definitely Barossa cues, yet this is focused with a medium palate unencumbered by chunky oak tannin. Milky chocolate with ferrous hints and delicious licorice spice echoes.
