Spice driven tension apparent even from the first waft. Pure red cherry fruit under stalky thyme. A sweeter dark sugar crystal nuance. Streamlined power with intention. The whole bunch spice and texture underlines pure fruit with purpose. Peter Dredge’s wine making signature like sought after celebrity autograph. Exquisite.
