Layered and complex nose, with candle wax, pear skin, almond blossom and hints of pot pourri. A pensive wine, this provides depth and richness: pear flesh with sweeter honeysuckle and hard tree nut elements. A surprising acid profile ensures lift and ability for ageing. A very good wine indeed.
