Made by Con-Greg Grigoriou, the man behind Delinquenté Wine Company  for the Fourth Wave Wine team. Made from Certified Organic fruit from the Monash Valley region, part of South Australia’s Riverland.

Easy going and friendly aromas: Blackberry coulis aromas with spicier black and green peppercorn elements and “Irish Moss” cough mixture. The palate creeps to medium bodied with smoky black purple fruit before puckering tight to finish with chalky tannins. Subtle oak provides a soothing roundness. Pleasant, fresh and easy. If you’re looking to ensure you’re buying Certified Organic, then you could do worse for this mid-week.
